Make Emotional and Social Intelligence a reality

New studies of the brain show that individual and group performance can be improved by understanding the biology of emotional and social intelligence.

Well developed Emotional and Social Intelligence in Leaders and Management equates to higher levels of Authentic Leadership and Talent performance, which everybody knows relates to a better bottom line.

Dr Carlos A Raimundo and his team of coaches and trainers, bring together theory and practice to make possible what theorists talk about.  Dr Raimundo is currently a Senior Consultant at Zaffyre International

WE SPECIALISE IN THE HOW TO!

Over 20 years ago, Dr Carlos A Raimundo created a 3d Simulation method called the Play of Life® to fast-track behavioural change in individuals, groups and organisations.  It works by directly accessing the limbic system and engaging the cortical structures of the brain; bypassing defence mechanisms and emotional blockages. The methodology is elegant, respectful and engaging in its simplicity. Through insight, visualisation and simulation, mindfulness and sustainable transformation is made possible.
